KMS Students Build Rollercoasters in Hands-On Learning Experience

King Middle School students in Mrs. Penn’s Science class, recently completed a class project where students explored the most basic physical principles of roller coasters. They learn about the possibilities and limitations of roller coasters within the context of energy conservation, frictional losses and other physical principles.
