KMS'S Got Talent 2017
Talent Show Performers

The Friday prior to our Winter Break, KMS hosted its annual KMS’s Got Talent Show.

Participants had to audition prior to Thanksgiving to be considered an act.

Students from each grade level auditioned and those selected by Mrs. Ingram and Ms. Ashford performed in front of the student body on Friday, December 15. Videos of each performance and the games can be viewed on the KMS Facebook page. Ms. Collier and Mr. McRay were the emcees again this year.

Congrats to every performer!

Performers in order: 6th grader Ashley Howard sang Momma’s Broken Heart by Miranda Lambert, 6th graders Evelyn Hernandez and Jaden Berdecia performed Lost Boy by Ruth B. After these two acts, emcees Ms. Collier and Mr. McRay hosted a Minute to Win It  type game using straws and Skittles.  8th graders Love Mays and Bri Harmon were the winners.

The show resumed with 7th grader Belinda Gomez, who sang Same Old Love by Selena Gomez. She was followed by 8th grader Selina Haralu who sang and played the piano. She performed All I Want by Kodaline.

After this game, 8th grader Madi Stacy sang Jar of Hearts by Christine Perry. The final game required one student to wear oven mitts while attempting to toss small wreaths onto their partners arms. 8th graders Abraham Valerio and Lane Hall were the winners.
