Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Instructions for Office 365 Web Mail



Mercer Co. Schools utilizes Microsoft Office 365 for Email through “webmail” or web-based Email from any Internet capable computer or personal device using a web browser or an "app" on your mobile device.


Instructions to access this feature:


  1. Open your computer’s Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari)
  2. Point your browser to:  http://www.mercer.kyschools.us
  3. Once you are at our district web site, point your mouse to the link that looks like a small envelope in the center top of the page just to the left of the search bar and click on this link.
  4. Next you will see the Microsoft Office 365 login screen
  5. Type in your Office 365 ID: 


-Below is an example for someone named “Joe Teacher”                    


Example:  joe.teacher@mercer.kyschools.us


Password:  ********



  1. Now select the following “Sign in” button

  2.  Next you will see your School Microsoft Office 365 Email account on your screen.  Be sure to select the “Log Off” button when completed.

  3. For mobile device app setup, if prompted for a server name, you may need to enter m.outlook.com
