Academic Breakfast Awards

Congratulations to our Academic Awards recipients for the 2019-20 school year!  This list is of current sophomores, juniors, and seniors that achieved a 3.5 GPA during the 2019-20 school year and will receive an academic letter or bar for their achievement. We typically honor these students with an academic breakfast and awards program, but due to COVID-19 guidelines we are not able have this event this school year. Students may pick up their letter or bar in the high school office.

MCSH Band News

Congratulations to Nicholas Walden for being selected to the KMEA All-State Band! He placed 4th overall of all saxophones in the state, after preparing two audition pieces and submitting a video of the pieces. He will participate in the All-State Band virtually during the KMEA conference in February. Way to go Nicholas!
Also, since the band was not able to have a normal Winter Concert, some KMS & MCSH students and band staff recorded some holiday songs virtually.  Please click on the following link for the video and enjoy!
