Booster Club Information

Thank you for dedicating your time to assist and support extra-curricular activities at Mercer County Schools.  Booster Clubs play an integral part in strengthening the programs for our students. This web page has been created to help assist Booster Clubs with compliance to Kentucky Department of Education policies and procedures, KRS statutes, and district policies.  Booster Clubs are considered a separate legal entity and must comply with IRS regulations in addition to Title IX compliance, and are required to meet all guidelines and remain compliant with the Mercer County Board of Education, Kentucky Department of Education, and Kentucky Administrative Regulations.

Firstly, please download and review the Booster Club Reference Guide. Here you will also find the various forms in download format required for your Booster Club.  All Booster Club forms are linked below for your convenience.  Should you have any questions, please contact our Title IX Coordinator by clicking here.

- Booster Club Agreement Form (pdf)
      - Must be approved/signed by principal upon submission
- Copy of your By-Laws
- Copy of your Proposed Schedule of Events 
- Organizational Budget Form Worksheet (pdf) / Organizational Budget Form Worksheet (excel)
      - Must be approved/signed by principal upon submission
- Annual Financial Report (pdf) / Annual Financial Statement (excel)
      - Must be approved/signed by principal upon submission
- Fundraiser Approval Forms (One per fundraiser) (pdf) / Fundraiser Approval Form (excel)
      - Must be approved/signed by principal upon submission
- Copy of your General Liability Insurance Form
