Thank you for dedicating your time to assist and support extra-curricular activities at Mercer County Schools. Booster Clubs play an integral part in strengthening the programs for our students. This web page has been created to help assist Booster Clubs with compliance to Kentucky Department of Education policies and procedures, KRS statutes, and district policies. Booster Clubs are considered a separate legal entity and must comply with IRS regulations in addition to Title IX compliance, and are required to meet all guidelines and remain compliant with the Mercer County Board of Education, Kentucky Department of Education, and Kentucky Administrative Regulations.
